Espected sir i have purchased ur car verna one year back sales person told me about the cash back scheme on old car and cash back of 18000 rs. i submitted all the documents advised by ur sales person .the company didnt contact me for 10 months. as i started giving call to them they didnt bother to listen me .now after one year they said ur case is rejected coz of improper documents .sorry to say but the documents was informed and collected by ur company person only .as i m a doctor and iDA president i m harrased badly by ur company .i dont expect such response from such a reputed company please do something as i dont want the case to move in consumer court or media waiting for response &&&&&&&--DR.
