Complaint B220346 not attended even after 7 days

Hi,

Myself Prasad Moghe, had purchased TV from Dass Electronics Chinchwad on 28th January. Details of the same are given below.

Date of purchase :- 28th January

I had given a complaint with Dass Electronics on 22 April 09 that my TV remote control is not working. Complaint number for the same is B220346. I was informed that the technician will be visting my place in 24 hours. Till date no technician has visited my place and daily the technician from the Service Guru for Dass Electronics calls up & says that he will be comming in today, however my complaint has not been attended yet. I have also spoken with Mr Ijaz head of the service Guru for dass electronics, he assured me that the technician will be comming yesterday (28th April 09), however the technician did not turned up. Today Morning i received a complaint number from LG customer service (complaint number W9C42901302), when i enquired on the LG call center number the agent informed me that the complaint was registered today only & that the local complaint should be attended within 24 hours. When i called up Mr Ijaz head of the service guru for dass he said that the techincian will be comming before 14:00 IST today, when i said that the complaint should have been closed within 24 hours as informed by the LG customer care agent, he lied that the complaint was closed on 25th april. When i said that no one had visited my place how can you close my complaint he had nothing to say & repeated that the technician will be comming in today by 14:00 IST.
