Lack of service and mental harrsment

I bought one Philips LCD TV 26" from Dass electronics, pune (tel. 25384661, 25382578) on 6th June and the harrasment started. First of all I need to make n numbers of call to Dass electronics to get it installed, which should have been done withing 48hrs of buying the product. I even personally needed to visit Dass electronics and request them to kindly install the tv. Finally it got done. THen the picture quality is not as I saw in the demo desplayed at the shop. I again registered one complain which they said will be taken care of within 48hrs again. Nothing happend. As it was communicated directly to them when I visited them, they said somebody from PHilips service centre will visit me within 1-2 days and they didnt registere any complain for that. I thought its okie. but when nobody turned for a long time then I called them and registered the complain. I got an sms with some JS No- 999982600233514 on 1st of July. this issue should have been resolved within 24hrs of the complain registered time. Till today nothing has been done and I am calling them again-n-again to get the issue resolved. I believe till now atleast they should show some professionalis and do the needfu.
As it has become a mental harrasment to me I need to register my complain to this forum with a hope that I should be getting proper solution for it and these people should learn a lesson about Customer Service.
Customer is GOD to the shopkeeper till s/he buys the product and pay for it. There is no service after that.
Kindly acknoledge my issue asap.
