DATA CARD NOT WORKING

Dear Concern,

I have bought a data card on june 1st, 09 from karnal. when i bought it i was clearly misguided that it will work everywhere in india. but wen i use it is not even connected. i have called on your customer care so many times but they dont even bother. after so many calls & requests they have given me the complaint number i.e. 22192498. it was registered by ashish. I felt so much harrased. i think airtel customer care is there to serve people. I have spent 3500 one bill of rs. 338/- N one bill is pending who will be responsible for it. My data card sim no. is 9996931529 in the name of monika sachdeva.

Your services are not tolerable. Looking for your cooperation...
