Here by it is bring to your notice that the mobile function of th DATA CARD has stopped functioning since from the date of installation. The problem has been reported to your local technical person several times and also visited him with the lap top as advised by him. Then the matter has been reported to customer care@*333.The. Complaint NO:67501966 registered by them is still pending to be addressed. Meanwhile I received a message from mobile NO:932057205 on 24/04 that I have to pay charges of Rs5.00 by 10/05.The nature of the charges is not mentioned. Iam unable to make any out goining call because the mobile function stopped since from the date of installation, as such I could not understand how I incurred chages of Rs5/
Plese look into matter on top priority to restore mobile function of the DATA CARD and also reverse the charges of Rs5/

The comlaint is still pending to be addressed. Most inefficient technical personnel. Know nothing and simply try to pass the buck to department to department.
