Dear Sir /Madam,

This is to inform you that my Data Card no is 9350782878 issued on the

name of "Supriya Thakur".

I had sent a request to change my net access plan by "Swift 40 " on 4th Aug 08.

But my entire last two bill generated according to "Freedom at Night"

that was my last plan .which I had requested on 27th July 08.

Now my total billing amount of Rs 13364. In which I have paid 1000 Rs

on 9th Oct 08.

But my Data Card is not working till now.

Please check it properly, and revised my bills according to that.
