Extension of free use

I purchased a data card no. 9315577985 on 19-09. I used it for three days and it didn't work further due to mistakes made by reliance web world (RWW).beside many oral reminders, sms, visits, written applications, it took approx. twenty five days to remove the error.now i'm using it. But i want you to extend free use of my data card as given to me at the time of purchase. If you don't extend, it will be wrong legally as well as commercially from your side. Please grant me free use and inform me at earliest.
