CONECTIVITY PROBLEM

Since last 15 days I am unable to get connectivity and complained to your Panvel Office twice. As per them there was problem of cable in our area and expected to be rectifiesd by two days but now 10 days are passed but no change in the status.

Kindly help me to restore the connectivity at earliest.
