My dad name is not correct on my pan card so i want to change that one

This is Mohammed Azam Khan from bangalore.. On saturday i have recieved my pan card so when i check that card they have done some mistake while printing. they have given my dad name wrong so tel me what is the procedure for this.. Actually my dad name is M.Shajahan but they have mentioned Mohammed Shajahan khan. so i want to print my dad name as M.Shajahan. so pls tel me the procedure for this.. i got my pan card afer 4 months i applied so i want it urgently.
