NO PF PAYMENT YET RECEIVED AFTER 4 MONTH OF RECEIVING LETTER

Dear Concern,

With due respect myself Sonia Mehra, was working with company Data max (tata-indicom) having Pf Number PB/29269/1916. i received a letter from "EMPLOY PROVIDENT FUND ORGANISATION" on date- 19/11. wher their was clearly given detail of 2 Chq- 816690, Dated- 19/11. Amount- Rs 7847, Chq- 936553, Dated- 19/11, Amount- Rs 3116. but still not same has been given to me . i'm still in queue for the wait of my own PF was was deducted from my salary.

Humble request from my side to pls look into the matter as amount above Rs 10000 matter a lot for me and same was my own saving which was deducted from my salary, .
