Dataone - 2 mbps 1111 plan
Very poor bandwidth

Dear Sir,
My tele no : 23892243 and account no : 900674701. I had changed over to plan 1111 (2 Mbps) a month ago due to poor bandwidth. Unfortunately the bandwidth remained same even after upgrading to 2 Mbps connectivity. The speed what I get is just 100Kbps against 2 Mbps except for two days where I got 1.5Mbps speed. I had lodged any number of complaints but nothing has happened. The call center response is pathetic and so as BSNL service.
Are we ever going to improve?
