Dataone Broadband - Modem WA3002G4
Usage details - unable to obtain

On 14-08 I got the above-mentioned modem installed at my home. I was assigned the User ID "sa4424982560@bsnl.in". "@Dataone" ID was not assigned. With my present ID I am not able to obtain usage details.

I need help and correction of the user ID if necessary.
