I opened account with Dawnay Day AV Securities Pvt. Ltd whose head office is in Lower Parel in Mumbai, and there was some problem with my bank statement, I submitted xerox copy of my statement twice still my account was not opened and when I submitted my orignal copy of my bank statement my account was opened however this time company forgot that my account was opened in scheme in the month of March in which account opening and annual maintainance was waived off but after opening the account I was charged Rs. 650 as account opening and Rs. 270 (approx) as Annual Maintance charges. I raised this issue but till today I have not got my amount refunded. Dawnay Day AV firm says that they are into business since 1928 in UK now I want to ask them is this the way they do business and make profit.

My suggestion is Please Please stay away of this Cheater firm.
