Pf settlement

Dear sir/madam,

This is Pradeep Shinde, there are many times i was send pf withdrawl form to my privious company, but i have enquiry to pf bangalore office for my pf form details. They can answering to me your pf form not submitted in pf office.

last one year i have followup with HR team, they can not reply to me.

i am worked on that company as a Customer support engineer.

please help...
