Broad band Not working

Sir,

Our phone Broad band 044-24780031 was not working for more than 10 days .we complaint every day, no body come here. You will solve our problem or not. Every gives another phone number and cut off, we try 24780000 and 1500 and some other numbers we are very much in trouble. Internet also not working.please rectify our problem. We complait so many times, before July the internet is not working well.
