Hrassment by HDFC Credit Card agent

Dear Sir,

I am using HDFC credit card, from last six month, last month (January) i could not able to make my payment on date, due to this reason only, HDFC recovery agent had gave me lotz of threat, they people are using slang word over phone, i am totally shocked for the behaviour of these people towards me.

know i want to sattlemant.they dont want to sattlemant also for the card,

Kindly help me, for the same ASAP.
