Vegetable Slicer Eletronics Cordless Kettle for rupees 1199/-

But the vegetable slicer won’t cut properly and also the kettle is made up of bad quality plastic, which stinks as I boil water. Even the water boiled got the taste of plastic which is very dangerous.

I contacted them for the refund of money with in 3 days, they said that the refund is not possible and asked me to resend it back to their address.

To send it by courier it cost near around 300/- for which I was not ready and I asked them to send some representative to collect it. For which they said no.

I finally could send it after 50 days of the delivery back to them.

Now I requested them to encash the amount and add it to some other item which i would place order for.

I want to buy a Bajaj Rice cooker and I said to them that this money to be added to that and remaining balance I would pay.

They said that even this is not possible and have said that if I want I will be provided with working condition Vegetable cutter Electric Blender.

As I have no option, I am thinking of going with it. Is there any thing we can do legally?
