Fixed Deposit money is not refund

My father has invested the money on DCM finance for Fixed Deposit. My Fixed Deposit details is as given below Fixed Deposit No.45361 on the name of mr.pawan kumar kapoor, 45364 on the name of Miss Vani Kapoor, 45365 on the name of Miss Kavita kapoor deposit Rs.45000 on 11/11/1996. according to the fixed deposit Scheme they should refund us Rs.1 Lakh Something but they do not refund my fathers money.my father is worrying about his money I requested you to please tell them to refund my amount as my Scheme time period is ove
