NON REPAYMENT OF FDR No.68155 AND 68164

Sir, My father had taken two FDR on his name (AMAR SINGH) and on my mothers name (LAJWANTI SINGH), FDR no.s 68155 and 68164 respectively (both for Rs 1=). The maturity date for both was 17-2-98. Both were deposited for repayment on 19-2-08. However the amt has not been refunded. It is requested that the present position of the same be intimated and what legal recourse we can resort to to have the money reunded.
