Negligence in upkeep of DDA land

I live in Pocket-1 Mayur Vihar Phase-I there is a park lying vacant infront of CGHS Dispensary which DDA lend to people for marriages. This is a great example of gross negligence as it has turned into a garbage pit and open public toilet and den for operations of anti social elements. DDA who is making lots of profit can not afford to engage even one gaurd or caretaker for its own property. I hereby humbly request you to deploy a caretaker for your above property. It will be big relief for the residents of the nearby area. Thank you.
