Unauthorizared construction

I would like to inform you that I am resident of 63-D, Pocket -K, Sheikh Saria Phase -II, New Delhi.

I would like to bring under your kind notice that my neighbor Sh. N.K.Chuhan, resident of 63-H, Pocket -K, Sheikh Saria Phase -II, New Delhi has started an illegal construction at his premises.

It may not be out of place to mention that the we are both living in DDA Flats and as such no sconstruction activities are not allowed and that there is no scope for further modification. I would also like to bring under your kind notice that due to this illegal construction activity Sh. N.K.Chuhan is posing serious risk to the flat. Seepage has already started appearing in the building. The construction activity is also posing serious risk to the already old infrastructure. The building material kept on the ground is creating serious obstruction for the movement of people.

In view of above it is requested that your department may take serious note of the encroachment / illegal construction activity under taken by Sh. N.K.Chuhan, resident of 63-H, Pocket -K, Sheikh Saria Phase -II, New Delhi.
