Illegal Enroachment of parking

Dear Respected Sir,

this is to bring to your notice. That some of people in our society (LIG DDA FLATS, POCKET: 13, PHASE -1, (Near Jain Public School) Manglapuri, Delhi -110045) are doing illegal blocking of parking on the road. Many people in our society have got holes dug in the parking space and when they leave for the office. They put poles in these holes and lock them up. So, other people not able to park their vehicle in this free space. We did complaint to RWA lots of time but no action has taken yet. Could you please help us.
