ILLEGAL EXPANSION AND CONSTRUCTION BY NEIHBOUR

Sub: COMPLAINT: UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION AND ILLEGAL INTRUSION/OCCUPATION OF AREA: C2A/205, JANAK PURI.

Dear Sir,

1. I take this opportunity to introduce myself, as the son of Smt Gayatri Ghosh, W/o Late Sri S C Ghosh, owner of Flat No. C2A/ 205 (Ground Floor), Pocket 16, Janak Puri, New Delhi. Currently, my mother is residing with me at Dehradun, for health reasons.

2. I have been informed by our neighbours, that one Mr. B.D.Sharma, a retired Principal, has purchased both floors of the set on our south/left. The gentleman has got both floors (C2A/207 & 208) demolished, in order to construct his new set of floors.

4. We have no issues to his desire to construct the new house. However, taking advantage of our absence, firstly while demolishing the house, has damaged our partition walls, both in the front and in the rear, which he says will get repaired. Secondly, he has constructed pillars and dividing walls of 9”, which is protruding into my area of the house. I am a layman in this issue, and hence seek your support to address my concern.

2. May I request your good-self, to kindly instruct/advise Mr B D Sharma to stop any further construction and demolish the extra area that he has illegally occupied and constructed. As a retired service officer, it is my humble request, since this issue is causing undue stress on my aged mother.
