This is to inform that the MCD does not take action on complaints registered with them for the stray dog increase in the colony. The DDA Flats, Sector -9, Pocket-1, Dwarka suffers froms stray dogs, children are afraid to walk on the roads. When the the RWA president Mr. Jingan was approached his answer was the MCD is to take action. When it was informed to a senior officer in MCD he said I am not a dog catcher. Who is supposed to look into... God help us
