Sewage line blocked for past one month

AG-1/33 and AG-1/34, A, B, C, D (Total 8 Flates) Sewage pipeline blocked for past one month. Residents are living in health hazard condition. The sewage staff of local RWA (Residents Welfare Asso) could not fix the problem. The RWA authorities has approached the officer looking after this area many a time but no action has taken as of date.

This is an SOS with a request to look into the matter immediately.
