DD issue
Delay in issuing dd manually

Hi,

I had visited my infosys local branch of ICICI for getting DD. I went to the branch around 3pm on 24-09 and gave the instruction. Staff asked me to come and collect at 5pm. When i visited the branch at 5pm they took 45 minutes to give the said DD. There was pure negligence in handling the customer. I have given a written complaint, but i don't think what action would be taken. This has to be taken up with higher officials. For me it was almost took 1 hour of time to get a DD which is not acceptible.
