Not Cooperating and roviding wrong information

My marutiEstilo got accident dated 20/11. i have already given my registration paper for CNG indorsment to the same company. Now neither they are repairing saying that till nw your CNG is not indorsed till now. I am raming throw taxi and loosing about 1500 Rs daily on traveling.

After so much of conversation wth the company persons, no one is ready to help, every one is behaving like Govt Servent. Not like service provider.
