Hi,

I had gone to DD Motors Mayapuri on 19th July to get the Fuel Pump checked for my Maruti Zen Car. After they diagnosed the problem for the Fuel Pump which was a loose connection, I got to know that now the AC was not working for which the blame was put on me that it was not working from before, the same morning I had used it. Another thing the front headlight was found cracked which again they blamed that it was cracked from before. What kind of pathetic customer service is this that you blame your customers for everything that you do. Also I am amazed the way they handle the customers cars. You go in with a problem which is resolved but you come back with another 2.
