Dear Sir,
I am one of your old and regular customers and I purchased my Alto car registration No. DL9CJ 7201 from your showroom at Mayapuri on 31.10.2008 and the same had been sent for maintenance and servicing regularly to your workshops at Mayapuri, Moti Nagar and Wazirpur. During this period I got proper response and services to my satisfactions. But I am not only very sorry but also anguished to bring this in black and white that I had handed over my above car DL9CJ 7201 in your workshop at Wazirpur on 17th Nov. for repairing required due to starting problem. The car was delivered back to me on 5th Dec. after carrying out the necessary repairing job. I had installed Amaron Battery with Sr. No. HL42B20L/ 38706367213755 in the above mentioned car. But to surprise while commuting through Connaught Place on 12/12 my car stopped down and when I tried to restart, it didn’t start as the battery had gone down completely. As the battery was only one year old and under warranty I checked it with the dealer from where I had purchased it and to my utmost surprise I found that the above battery was replaced with an old battery Sr. No. 0225117/980110/ 39B20LMF which is causing problem for me. I tried to contact the works Manager in the workshop over phone but could not contact him, as he did not respond. Then I contacted Mr. Devkinandan, advisor on 15/12 and informed him about the incident. He told me that he would discuss the matter with the Works Manager and let me know later on. In the evening, the same day I again tried the manager but again I failed though I could contact Mr. Devkinandan who informed that they have discussed the matter and are enquiring into the matter and will inform me the next day. On 17th after trying several times I contacted Mr. Devkinandan to enquire about the matter and he flatly told that he is not aware of any thing about this and disconnected the phone, which I could not connect again as, the same was kept busy.
As an old customer of yours I have high regard and credibility of your company but dear sir, believe me that I am not just alleging here and I am not concerned about my financial loss but here I feel hurt and cheated due to this incidence which has also shattered my faith also. In view of the above, I request you to look into the matter personally and enquire as to how this has happened with me. An early word from you will be highly appreciated.
