Non delivery of very important document

Dear sir/madam,

i had posted very important document from jamshedpur to gurgaon on 31st july but it has not reached there even till 5th august.my tracking no. is EE240042857IN.SINCE it was very necessary document.was to be submitted on 6th aug. this attitude of the postal department amounts to gross mismanagement which certainly destroy the reputation of postal dept. hope you to do the necessary.as this negligence may cause loss of my job.
