Deactivate VAS49 pack
Non-deactivation of VAS 49 pack and deduction of Rs. 49/- towards (unwanted) subscription

VAS 49 pack was never subscribed by me neither i am not aware what about is this VAS 49 pack. on 09.1.2009 i had received SMS stating that my above renewal is due and shall be renewed by deducting Rs. 49/- on 12.1.2009 and to call No 51234863 for deactivation. Accordingly i had tried many a times all the day on 9th January but could not get a connection. As an alternative, i had sent SMS on the same day which was delivered to 51234863 successfully. Today to my utter astonishment i found that Rs. 49/- was deducted towads subscription for VAS 49 pack which was never subscribed by me at all. I therefore request you to recover the amount of Rs. 49/- from VAS 49 pack and credit to my prepaid mobile account. An early timely action in this regard shall prevent me from knocking the doors of justice.
