SBI credit card offer Scratch card

Last month I have received my credit card monthly statement with scratch card. After scratch I found Polo watch worth Rs. 3995. Offer by SBI card was pay 499/-. I have paid through SBI credit card and received the same today after noon. I believe received watch will be maximum Rs. 50.00. The watch doesn’t look like original watch.

My question is how SBI can do this kind of fraud business? How SBI can offer such fake product? Or how SBI can work with fraud companies?

As SBI claims that they are not like other private companies who offers credit card. It seems private companies are better than SBI credit card.
