Kindly refer my various mails and your conversation on landline, you may go back on your word and take advantage of a customer, but a disgruntled customer can also showcase your services on a medium like blogs, referrences, webposts.

if you have had morals you would not have propogated a useless product for almost 10k and made me send twice for replacements. That itself shows how sincere you were when you had sent the same mobile first time and second time sending same model when i explained how useless this model was.

i shall act now, as i have every right to seek what is due for my money.
