Non receiving of product

I dr aditi das placed an order for a TCL handycom through my sbi card on 20 aug my order no. 000030400.Till now the product is not deliverd. on repeated enquaryto oustomer service 02240791234 (which responds at least sfter 20 mins charging 20 to 30 rupees per csll) it is told that will get the product wirhin 10 days. I already paid the amount Rs. 3164 to sbi card.
