Complain against disconnection of Line No 9831520637

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that the above mentioned line has been inactive since last Sunday dated 3rd April without any prior information. It is a post paid connection and for your kind information there is no due till date.

My father has also a separate connection no:9903385746 which shows a due. But his address and my address are totally different and I have no connection with that address. I am not related in any way to this due amount, yet my connection has been suspended.

I therefore request you please take suitable steps and activate my line as soon as possible.
