Sir,

Further to the above on 31.03.09 I have swiped my card at Ekkattuthangal ATM, Chennai to withdraw the amount of Rs.300.00, I have not received the same but the amount has debited.

With regard to this I have given Complaint letter to SBI Anna salai, where I am having Account, they informed that amount will be credited within 10 Days, But still it has not been credited, lapsing of 22 Days, I have also lodged complaint through mail on 1st April.

Though the amount is small I can bear the delay for credit, but if it is the higher value will Bank give compensation?

If the amount will not be credited before end of this month, I have no other alternative but I will file a Suit through CONSUMER COURT.
