Debit Card (Fraud Usage)
Regarding loss of Credit Card

This is regarding loss of my ATM-cum-debit card. (Axis Bank and Bank of India)

Some fraud transaction were made by my card before I could get those hot listed on two fuel stations.

According to Debit Card Usage Rules on fuel station, neither was Vehicle number mentioned on the merchant copy, nor my signature was confirmed from the card. On one copy the vehicle number was mentioned but it was not confirmed and the number seems invalid (as the series has not been mentioned)

Also the axis bank card had my photograph which was not confirmed.

The bank says that it has no liability in this case and the owner of fuel station is liable.

Please guide.
