Dear Sir,

my Disbursal No is 5000176388 Ihave taken loan 1Year before from Indiabulls, i have been paying regularly, but due to some financial problem, i was not able to pay this month, your Recovery agent Mr Raghu came and told me to meet his manager (Mr. C.P.Reddy), i met him and told iam unable to pay due to some financial problems, he wasn't ready to listen to my problem and said it is not possible and said he'll make me a defaulter, i requested him for an alternative, he was arrogant and used abusive words saying that there was no options and have to pay at any cost and also included that i won't be able to take loan from any other bank and all this happened on roadside. So i kindly request you take stringent action against the manager.
