Newspaper not being delivered after paying the subscription fee

Hello sir/madam,

I sivachandran.k a resident in Doddobommasandra. during the month of march my father Mr. Karuppaiah. M had paid an amount of rs.250 for the subscription of deccan chronicle newspaper for 6 months. but after the subscription was done they have failed to deliver the newspaper. even after repeated calling to that person the problem hasn't being solved yet and we have not got a positive response from them. the payment was made by cheque. I request you to look into this matter and take proper steps.
