Dear Team,

I paid Rs 300 by cash for news paper deccan herald for 6 months Offer. This was said by a deccan Herald Marketing person he belongs under Mukundh (9945171687) deccanherald executive person of Marathahalli Area. I paid money on 24 March (Receipt # 11383). He said he will send news paper from 01 April to 30 September later he told will send from 10th of April. But as of now i didn't get papers properly for continously a week also. If I contact the area exective Person Mukundh (Deccan Heard) he will tell that I will extend the subscription date & compensate & correct it. He (Mukundh) asked me to contact the area news paper agent with out giving agent number, with out having agent number how can I contact. If I call him he is not responding properly he is giving unwanted reasons.

I request the Deccan Hearld Ciruculation Department to take the required & immediate action ASAP.
