I booked a 60x40 and 30x50 site at Urban Woods July so far Deccan Properties have neither given the refund or the property. They have cheated close to 150 Urban Wood customers. Gautam is a big cheat and is never available at his office or phone since 2 years now. All Urban Woods customers should get together and file a case against him and his company.
