Non receipt of Claim

Dear Sir/ Madam

With reference to the captioned claim id, I’ve been following up for the last 2 months but haven’t heard anything from your end.

The case history is:

Claim Form along with all documents submitted in the last week of March 08.

After 30 days I get a letter from your end stating, there is a query regarding “discharge summary”. The same was sent on 24.04.2008 through Vichare Couriers POD No. AD/C488332 which was received by you on 25.04.2008.

On calling up your toll free no. (For which a person literally has to spend 30 mins to get through) the person responds that it’s in process and we’ll get back to you.

I don’t get any call back but when I called up on 22.05. I spoke to Mr. Hitesh again on the toll free no who responded that the claim is being settled & I’ll receive the cheque in another 12 days.

More than 12 days pass & on 13.06.2008 I spoke to Mr. Nirman, he told me again that the claim is settled and the cheque amount is Rs. 10, 061/- which you’ll receive in another 7 days.

Today I received a letter dated 10.06.2008 which states “Reminder 2” and asking me for the discharge summary???

I seriously cannot understand what is happening. After contacting you for more than 2 months I still get the same revert that the case is pending for “discharge summary”. Can anyone tell me what is happening with my claim?

I have not received any revert from your end for my last e-mail also which was sent on 11.06.2008.
