The below mentioned firm (Service provider) deals with Aqua Gaurd repairs and Services. On 28th November one of their guys Mr. Deepak approached our door claiming they are representing Eureka Forbes and that they would like to have an annual maintainance contract with us. They said they are the authorized dealers for Eureka Forbes in our area where we stay (i.e. Viman Nagar, Pune-14). We signed the annual maintainace contract and paid the sum of rupees 900/-.After a few days an Eureka Forbes personel reached our door step and he confirmed that they dont have any authorized dealer. On this we called Deepak and he agreed to return our money back. But now it has been more then three months and he still is not re paying tne money. M/s DEEP ENTERPRISES has an enethical bussiness tactic which in other words can be described as FRAUDULENT. I am not sure if I will get my money back by registering this complaint but atleast this may stop them from what they do. Please find below DEEP ENTERPRISES address.
