Non working of prepaid sim

Dear Sir,

I am one of the customer of Idea Prepaid. My phone no is 9927487429. This phone no is not working from last 15 days. Whenever the sim is inserted it indicates or gives message SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED.

After so may verball communication with the cutomer care and local idea dealer from the last 15 days the person on customer care reply thta we don't have any record of this telephone no. we are helpless to tell you anything, they said kindly submit your id proof. I have also submit my id proof on 8th August 09 and 18th August twice but still the phone no is not working.

I am also not getting any complaint number because the people on customer care are saying that we are not having any record of this number.

Kindly see the matter as soon as possible.
