NON RECEIPT OF DEFENCE PENSION

My SB A/c No 30050274967 with SBI Saraspur Branch Ahmedabad. I submitted my live certificate during the month of Nov against PPO No S/046755 (Army) dt 13 Dec and S/CORR/184463 (Army) dt 03 Sep 2009. Accordingly I received my arear, but pension not received from Dec to till date. For the matter I personally visited with SBI Saraspur Branch Ahmedabad. The Bank authority asked me to submitt again live certificate and I submitted the same during the month of Mar but pension not credited in my said account. I many time approched with SBI Saraspur Branch, but they fail to satisfy me reason behind which the pension not credited to my sais account. The Bank authority only replied "WHEN THE SITE OPEN WE WILL DO OR INFORM YOU FOR THE SAME".
