Oradband charges seems to be wrongly charged

In the tele bill No T0806200968241631 dt 08 Jun. The Brodband usage charges given in the bill against the tele No 08418254563 is very heigh ie rs 690/- whereas The same was not used atleast for 20 daysin the month of May and thereafter the line was in fault. In view of above the downloded MBs mentioned as 1791 in the bill is seems to be wrong. Please verify the same.
