Long delay in account transfer on posting

Dear sir,

My Saving Bank account No. 10100405997 in SBI branch IAF Station Jodhpur (RAJ) is not yet transfered to SBI branch IAF Station AMLA (MP). I applied for it more than a year past, though am able to operate it being E-account. But I wish to Apply at SBI branch IAF Amla (MP) for ATM wich am not able to as my account is yet to be transfered.
