NON TFR OF MY SBI SAVING ACCOUNT FROM UMERKOTE TO RAGHUNATHPUR, TEGHORIYA, KOLKATA-59

SBI Joint "B" Account No-01190005653 standing at Umerkote-764073 branch. I applied for transfer to SBI Raghunathpur, Teghoriya, Kolkata-59 (WB) on 17 Oct. I am feedup by State Bank of India as regularly telephonic call and repeated wrinting applications after application for transfer of SBI a/c from SBI Umerkote (06866-270971 & Fax No-06866-270221) to SBI Raghunathpur, Teghoriya, Kolkata-59 (WB).

In the month of Oct I came to know that my SBI Account has been wrongly transfered to SBI Raghunathpur, Dist-Purila (03251-255274) Tele No and Fax No-03251-255105. Mr Ashutosh Dey, Branch Manager contacted but no responce at all till date.

SBI Umerkote manuual Tranfer vide Draft No-1133/314591 dated 17 Oct for Rs 95 by Regd Post RL No-920 dated 19 Oct.

If posible kindly arrange to refund the same amount to me at the earliest. Other wise I will go for a RTI / Consumer Court with one month.
