Sir this is to inform you that there was a consignment booked from Vellore to Chennai by K.P.N. parcel service.

From our party booked the consignment from Vellore KPN parcel service to Chennai Ashoknagar Branch. on 24.7.2011

When we approach the ashok nagar office and there is no proper response apart from that they degrade us. The important point is that the consignment is paid consignement. If we enquire the local manager and assistant they told very harassingly if you want to complaint to head office salem you can give complaint. In turn we have contacted Head office and there was no response. Almost 4 days still we didn't got the material. The serivce and the treatment by the KPN people is very idiotical and upset me. I am a small businessman and it spoil my business and it was very painful for two days. Kindly lookinto the matter and do the needful.
