Delay in Passport (applied on 16-12)

Sir,

My file Number is file number is A075609 Submitted on 16-12. Police verification done cleared. My police verfication got cleared.and after that in month of April i got a letter from the passport office saying that fill your Nagaland Permanet Adress to complete the process.

I submitted the a apllication letter with mention Nagaland address and address proof of Nagaland, submitted 2 times at Enquiry Office and 1 time at DPO office.

But I didnt get any response againg I met DPO and he asked me to meet with someone in Policy Section.

I went to policy section they told like they have to get the clearance from the North East Home Ministry department but till now i didnt hear from anyone regarding the passport. So I request you to kindly arrange to Issue my passport with out further delay.
